CCFID has been emphasizing on child and youth development through child rights and child protection. Child life skill program is started as a social developmental initiative subjected the children and youth with confidence building, stress management, goal setting, team building, skill management, disaster management etc. Realizing the importance of English language CCFID has been actively providing spoken English courses in partnership with Government supported schools. Awareness programs like competitions on drawing, quiz and debate to motivate children to involve themselves in extracurricular activities.
Similarly each year CCFID organizes youth visits to provide them required industrial exposure. Youth life skill training is based on both group based and individual approach. Through this life skill program, CCFID aims at induction of employability and entrepreneurship skills into the youth to make them self sustainable.
